Job Description and Benefits

Our company is searching for HVAC technicians who possess a passion for providing service of the highest quality. Here are the details of the vacant position:

  • No experience necessary but familiarity with commercial HVAC Filters is a big plus
  • No residential work
  • No work in the evenings, on the weekends, and during holidays
  • Paid training (company vehicle and tools are supplied)
  • Shifts are scheduled in the early mornings of weekdays (start time between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM)
  • Shifts are typically 6–8 hours long

  • Be comfortable with heights (ladders and rooftops)
  • Be honest and have personal integrity
  • Be physically fit and presentable
  • Be punctual at all times
  • Follow detailed written instructions on our work orders
  • Have a driver’s license in Arizona and a reasonably clean MVR
  • Have a GPS map on their smartphone
  • Have a positive mental attitude
  • Have excellent work ethics
  • Speak, read, and write English fluently
